Overview: Learn how to save time by setting up "Dynamic Fields" that automatically pull in your agent profile information or specific property listing data directly into your designs.
Before you begin, ensure you are in the Design Studio and have opened the template you wish to customize.
To make a text field (like a name, phone number, or address) update automatically:
Select the Text: Click on the specific text box you want to make dynamic.
Open Settings: Click on ⚙️ Layer Settings located in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
Choose Your Source: Under the data options, select where the information should come from:
User Data: Pulls information directly from your Agent Profile.
Listing Data: Pulls information from a specific property listing.
You can also make image placeholders dynamic so they automatically show your headshot or the primary photo of a house:
Select the Image: Click on the image field you want to automate. You will see a blue editing box appear around it.
Open Settings: Click on ⚙️ Layer Settings in the upper right-hand corner.
Choose Your Source: Select whether you want this box to display an image from your User Data (like a headshot) or Listing Data (like a property photo).
Check Your Profile: For "User Data" to work correctly, make sure your agent profile is fully filled out in your account settings.
Double Check Layers: If you can't click an element, make sure it isn't "locked" in your layer panel.
Preview First: Always preview your design to ensure the data is pulling in exactly where you expect it to.
✅ Success! Your template is now smart. Whenever you use this design for a new listing or agent, the fields will update themselves automatically.
