⚙️ Configuring Your Content Settings

Ready to automate your social media? Follow this guide to set up your Content Settings and ensure your feed stays active, localized, and compliant.

Navigate to: SettingsContent


1. Connect Your Social Networks 🔗

Sync the platforms you want SocialBAY to manage.

  • Facebook: Ensure you have the right permissions. (See our Permissions Required and Facebook Business Admin guides).

  • Instagram: Follow our How to Connect Instagram article for a smooth setup.

  • LinkedIn & X (Twitter): Connect these to maximize your reach.

2. Localize Your Content 📍

We create posts featuring housing data and local recommendations. To make this work:

  • Add the specific target areas you serve.

  • Pro Tip: You can add multiple cities or regions!

3. Manage Content Categories 🗂️

Tailor the library to fit your brand. You can uncheck any categories you don’t want to post.

⚠️ Note: You must have a minimum of 10 "Industry Content" categories selected to keep your feed active.

4. Set Your Posting Frequency ⏰

Decide how often you want automated content to go live:

  • Every Other Day: Recommended for a consistent, active presence.

  • Never: Choose this if you prefer to post manually only.

5. Create Your Content Header and Signature ✍️

Add a professional touch to every post automatically! Use the Header and Signature fields to include:

  • Your Phone Number & Email

  • Your Website URL

  • Standard hashtags (e.g., #YourBrokerageName)

  • Any compliance information required to be included in your posts.

Turn readers into leads!

  • Check the Lead Capture boxes to include signup forms on your news blog posts.

7. Install Your Tracking Pixel 🔍

Stay data-driven! Add your Tracking Pixel (like Facebook or Google) here.

  • How it works: This pixel is automatically added to all of your Single Property Websites and Landing Pages to help you track visitor behavior and ad performance.
