Cancelling Your SocialBAY Subscription


If you are an agent who has purchased SocialBAY and you would like to cancel your subscription please email support@backatyou.com
Also, please be aware that you do need to email them at least 5 days before your next billing date. Refunds will not be provided.

If you are a brokerage who has purchased SocialBAY, please make sure that you email your request to cancel to your Account Manager. If you do not know who your Account Manager is, please email support@backatyou.com and they will be able to provide you with that information.
