How to View Your Instagram Insights 📊
To understand how your business account is performing, you can access Insights —Instagram’s built-in analytics tool. These stats help you track everything from who is following you to which posts are grabbing the most attention.📈
How to Access Insights (Mobile App)
Go to your profile: Tap your profile picture in the bottom-right corner.
Open the Dashboard: Tap the Professional Dashboard button located directly under your bio. (Alternatively, you can tap the three lines ☰ in the top-right and select Insights).⚙️
Explore your data: You will now see an Overview of your performance. From here, you can dive into three main tabs:
Overview Tab: A quick summary of your Accounts Reached, Accounts Engaged, and Total Followers over the last 30 days. You can tap any of these for a deeper dive. 📋
Engagement Tab: This is where you see how people are interacting with your content. It tracks likes, comments, saves, and shares to show you what your "champion" posts are.❤️
Audience Tab: Learn exactly who your followers are! This section provides breakdown of your audience's locations, age ranges, gender, and the times they are most active. 👥
Viewing Stats for Specific Posts
If you want to see how a single post or Reel is doing, simply go to that post on your profile and tap the View Insights link at the bottom-left of the image or video. 📱
