How do I change which Facebook Business Page is connected to my SocialBAY?
If you'd like to connect your SocialBAY to a different Facebook Business Page.
1. Click My Settings in the top right of your SocialBAY and select Content.
2. To the right of the Facebook logo, click Connect Different Page
3. You'll be taken to a page where you can connect your SocialBAY to any Facebook Business Page you're an Admin of. Follow the steps and you should be good to go!
If your page is still not showing there could be a variety of reasons. Make sure that you are an admin of your Facebook business page. You can check if you are an admin using the instructions on this help article
If you are still not seeing the Facebook business page and you are an admin then we recommend following the instructions to remove us from your Facebook business page and then go through the normal connection process.
