How do I change which Facebook Business Page is connected to my SocialBAY?
If you need to switch the Facebook Business Page linked to your Back At You Social account, follow these simple steps to refresh your connection.
Quick Connection Guide 🚀
Access Content Settings: In the top-right corner of your Back At You Social dashboard, click My Settings and select Content ⚙️.
Initiate Change: Locate the Facebook logo and click the Connect Different Page button to the right.
Select Your Page: You will be redirected to Facebook. Select the new Business Page you wish to link 📲.
IMPORTANT - You must be an Admin of the Facebook Business Page for it to appear in your selection list.
Troubleshooting: "I don't see my page!" 🔍
If your desired page isn't appearing, it is usually due to one of two common issues:
1. Verify Your Admin Status 👤
Confirm that your personal Facebook profile has full administrative access to the Business Page. If you aren't sure, check your Page roles within Facebook's settings.
2. Reset the Connection 🛠️
If you are an Admin but the page still won't show up, a "hard reset" of the connection usually does the trick:
Remove the App: Log into Facebook and remove the SocialBAY app from your Business Integrations.
Reconnect: Return to SocialBAY and follow the connection steps again. This forces Facebook to "re-ask" for permissions, which often clears up any syncing glitches.
