Why Aren't My Listings Showing Up? (Canadian clients)
If you are a Canadian client and are having difficulty getting your listings to appear in the Listings Tab of your Back At You SocialBAY, you'll need to do one of the following two things to give us access to your listings on the CREA feed.
- Add us to your CREA dashboard
- Have your Broker add us to the Broker CREA dashboard
Follow the process below and when asked for the website address, please use Backatyou.com
If your Broker has created a DDF for Back At You, but you still aren't getting your listings, it's possible you selected a field that says something like "Do Not Share/Advertise" when inputting your listing. In this case, please reach out to CREA for additional help.
