How do I log into Back At You Social
Accessing your account is simple! Your login method depends on whether you are using Back At You Social independently or as part of a larger company package.

👤 Independent Users
If you signed up for Back At You Social directly and are not part of a company-wide enterprise plan.
- Navigate to: https://smc.backatyou.com/site/login
Enter Credentials: Use your registered email and password.
Forgot Password? No worries! Click the "Forgot Password" button on the login screen to reset it.
🏢 Company/Enterprise Plan (Back At You Social ONLY)
If your company provides Back At You Social for you, but you do not use Back At You Office.
- Navigate to: https://smc.backatyou.com/site/login
Enter Credentials: Use the email and password provided during your setup.
Single Sign-On (SSO): Many companies use a "one-click" login through their own internal dashboard. If the link above doesn't work, please check with your Office Admin to see if your company uses an SSO portal.
🔄 Shared Users (Back At You Office + Back At You Social)
If your company uses both Back At You Office and Back At You Social, your accounts are linked!
Log In to Back At You Office: Go to your company’s specific Back At You Office domain.
Enter Credentials: Use your standard Back At You Office username and password.
Toggle Platforms: Once logged in, look at the upper left-hand corner. Use the platform toggler to switch directly over to Back At You Social. 🔄
