Accessing your account is simple! Your login method depends on whether you are using SocialBAY independently or as part of a larger company package.

Check the categories below to find your specific login path:

👤 Independent Users

If you signed up for SocialBAY directly and are not part of a company-wide enterprise plan.

1. Navigate to: https://smc.backatyou.com/site/login

2. Enter Credentials: Use your registered email and password.

3. Forgot Password? No worries! Click the "Forgot Password" button on the login screen to reset it. 
   

🏢 Company/Enterprise Plan (SocialBAY ONLY)

If your company provides SocialBAY for you, but you do not use ClientBAY.

1. Navigate to: https://smc.backatyou.com/site/login 

2. Enter Credentials: Use the email and password provided during your setup.

3. Single Sign-On (SSO): Many companies use a "one-click" login through their own internal dashboard. If the link above doesn't work, please check with your Office Admin to see if your company uses an SSO portal. 
   

🔄 Shared Users (ClientBAY + SocialBAY)

If your company uses both ClientBAY and SocialBAY, your accounts are linked!

1. Log In to ClientBAY: Go to your company’s specific ClientBAY domain. 

2. Enter Credentials: Use your standard ClientBAY username and password.

3. Toggle Platforms: Once logged in, look at the upper left-hand corner. Use the platform toggler to switch directly over to SocialBAY. 🔄
