How do I log into SocialBAY

They way that you log into the SocialBAY platform depends on the package or plan that you have with us here at Back At You. 

Independent SocialBAY user that is not using the platform as part of a company or enterprise package 

2-Enter your email and password.
*There is a "Forgot Password" button if you do not remember your password. 

SocialBAY ONLY user that is part of an enterprise or company plan

*There is a "Forgot Password" button if you do not remember your password. 
*Your company may have an SSO to your platform through one of their  websites, if you are unable to log in to our platform via the above, please ask your office admin how your company access the SocialBAY platform.
 

Shared user on a company or enterprise plan that uses ClientBAY and SocialBAY 

1. Log in to your companies ClientBAY domain. 
2. Enter your username and password. 
3. Once you are logged into ClientBAY you will toggle to SocialBAY via the upper left hand platform toggler.
