Troubleshooting your Facebook connection
If you are having trouble connecting your Facebook business page to our system there could be a few reasons for that, but this process should fix any of those.
Only do these steps if you are not seeing your Facebook business page when trying to connect your page to our system.
1. Visit Facebook.com and click on the arrow in the top right of the page and then click on the Settings option.
2. After you click on settings in the bottom left you should see Business Integrations
3. In the business integrations section you can click on the Checkbox next to Back At You and then click on the Remove option.
The check box can be hard to see on certain monitors due to brightness levels. As long as you click in the general area to the right of the view and edit button it should check.
4. You'll get a pop up that asks if you are sure that you want to remove us, just click on the Remove button.
After you click on that last remove button you are done. The last thing to do is to try reconnecting yourself to our system. You can start by clicking on this
