ADMIN: How to Customize & Advertise Your Recruiting Landing Pages

This guide will show you how to create an unlimited number of recruiting landing pages and how to create recruiting ad campaigns in SocialBAY.

TO GET STARTED:

  1. Click on the "Recruitment" tab in the navigation bar on the left side of SocialBAY. 
  2. Click on the "View" button for the type of landing page that you'd like to customize. 



READY TO USE EVENT PAGES FOR PROMOTING RECRUITING EVENTS: 

  1. Here are your Event Landing Pages. Create unlimited variations to fit your audiences, then share in a variety of ways to accomplish your goals!
  2. Click the "Actions" button below the ready-to-use landing page template you'd like to use.
  3. Select "Create Copy" to begin customizing the details of your recruiting event.

CREATE A COPY OF YOUR READY-TO-USE LANDING PAGES

  1. To begin customizing any template, start by creating a copy of your "ready-to-use" landing pages so you can quickly create a recruiting post and an ad!


CUSTOMIZING YOUR LANDING PAGE

  1. Customize your landing page with all of the detailed event and company information; location, date, time and detailed information about what benefits you provide for your agents.


SHARE YOUR LANDING PAGE & PROMOTE WITH A FACEBOOK AD

  1. Share your recruiting landing page on Social Media and promote it with a Facebook/Instagram Ad through SocialBAY to reach a larger audience!

CREATE A POST FOR YOUR LANDING PAGE

  1. The first step in creating a Facebook Ad for your recruiting landing page is creating a post!
  2. To do so, client the "Actions" button for the landing page you want to advertise.
  3. Then click the "Share to Social Media" button in the dropdown menu. 


EDIT & REVIEW YOUR POST

  1. You can edit every part of your post you see in this preview.
  2. Write a compelling caption at the top, craft a catchy subject line to grab attention and provide a description of your event.

CHOOSE WHETHER TO ADVERTISE YOUR POST OR NOT

  1. Advertising your post enables you to reach more people with your message!
  2. In this step, you will select, "Yes, let's advertise it!" if you'd like to create a Facebook Ad for your post. 

SELECT TARGETING CRITERIA FOR YOUR AD CAMPAIGN
  1. You can choose additional targeting criteria for your ad campaign by clicking "customize targeting settings". 


SELECT YOUR TARGETING CRITERIA FOR YOUR AD CAMPAIGN
  1. You can choose the targeting you'd like to employ in your ad campaign. 
  2. Deploying multiple ad campaigns allows you to use different images and craft different messages that will ultimately attract a greater audience. 


SELECT THE DURATION & BUDGET FOR YOUR AD CAMPAIGN
  1. Choose the duration (#of days) and the total budget for your ad campaign. 
  2. You have control over the amount of money you want yo spend on your ad campaigns. 

SCHEDULE YOUR CAMPAIGN
  1. Select the date and time that you'd like to launch your ad campaign.


YOUR NETWORK SCHEDULER
  1. Choose whether you'd like to review the post/ad you just scheduled, or if you'd like to create another!
