In order to access the Parent SocialBAY account, you’ll navigate to smc.backatyou.com
Below are some settings we recommend you review:
Profile: Navigate to Settings >>Profile
Please review each section within your profile settings to ensure the correct information is displayed and branding elements are correct.
**As a reminder, the branding elements will be automatically inherited by your agents as they get connected.
Content: Navigate to Settings>>Content
Configure Your Social Media Networks - Connect all of the Social networks you wish to to have synced in your SocialBAY account. Here is a helpful article for the IG connection: How To Connect Instagram to SocialBAY
Localize Your Content - As a reminder, you can continue to add as many additional areas that you service to this section so that local content includes all of the areas your service
Manage Content- You can unselect any category you do not wish to be included in your regularly scheduled Back At You content. *** As a reminder, You must have a minimum of 10 "Industry Content" categories selected.
Content Signature- You can set up a content signature to include any additional information (i.e. phone number, email, website address etc. ) to be included in every post published to your social networks.
Listings: Navigate to Settings>Listings
***You can update the Listing settings for your agents through the Parent account. The first 2 settings allow you to control your agent's participation in Company Listings as well as what listings (based on office location) your agents have access to
Auto-Post All Agent Listings On Company Profiles -As a reminder, this setting can be either "On" or "Off" and only refers to the automatic listing posting of ALL company listings on the Parent's connected Social Media networks.
Listing Engine- As a reminder, this tool is set up from the Parent account only. You can set up the auto posting and advertising for specific agents, groups or for all agents. The ads are paid for by the company on behalf of the respective listing agent. Here is a guide to turn this tool on: How To Enable Your Listing Engine
Recruitment Landing Pages: located in the navigation bar on the left side
You can create, customize and advertise your recruitment landing pages by following these steps: Customize and Advertise Your Recruitment Landing Pages
User Management: located in the navigation bar on the left side
Your User Management tab will display your entire roster. This tab will indicate who has connected to SocialBAY, which social media networks have been connected and what automation has been enabled.
There is an Actions button to the right of each user. You can assign individual Ad Credits to any user you’d like. This is billed to the credit card on file for the parent account. Click this link for instructions: How To Assign Ad Credits To Your Agents

Act As:
To “Act As” another user’s SocialBAY account, you must be logged in to the Parent account first. Then follow the steps outlined here: How To Act As Another User
