There are multiple things that you can automate when it comes to social media within the SocialBAY platform. Let's take a look at those below.

Automate Your Social Media Content

Did you know that Back At You can create content for you and post it out automatically to your connected networks? Let us save you the time of thinking about what to post and having to go in and create those posts so you can invest that time into other areas of your business. 
BONUS: You can edit, delete and advertise all of the content we make for you and on top of that - you are able to localize your content and select from our content categories to let us know what type of content you want posted on your behalf.

If you are on a NAR plan and turn automated content on - the only pieces that will be posted out on your behalf is the Home Value Landing page. This will be posted out for you to your connected social media networks twice a month.


Automate Your Listing Posts

Not only can Back At You create content and post it out to your connected networks, but we can also create a post for all of your New Listings and Price Reduced Listings and automatically post that out to your connected social media networks as well. When we post these out on your behalf, you will also get to create universal listing captions for those posts as well as choose from a plethora of listing overlays for those posts.

Automate Your Listing Ads

When we are auto posting your Listings to your connected social media networks, we are posting these out to your newsfeeds. This means that the people who are able to see those posts are the people who like, follow, and visit your social media pages.  If you want to expand the reach of these posts, you can do so by running those listing posts as ads across social media AND across the Web with Web Ads. This is something that you can do manually on your own OR you can have us automate those Listing Ads.

Automate Your Listing Videos

Whenever you get a NEW Listing in the system and it has 5 or more MLS photos, we automatically create a Listing Video that you can share out to your social media networks. These videos are completely branded to you (you can also request an unbranded video if you need) as well as editable! You can choose from our template and audio track library and rearrange and add photos for these videos. And - you guessed it - we can automatically post these out to your connected social media accounts automatically for you as well!
