Sharing your property listings on social media is a fantastic way to attract buyers. This guide will walk you through how to customize, budget, and schedule a social media post for any of your listings in just a few clicks.
⚙️ Step-by-Step Guide
Open Your Listings Look at the left-hand navigation menu on your dashboard and click on the Listings tab. This is where all of your current properties are stored.
Select Your Property Find the specific listing you want to share and click the Schedule a Listing Post button next to it.
Customize Your Design Click anywhere you see a pencil icon ✏️ to start editing that section of your post.
Choose Your Banner and Template Select a listing overlay template and choose a Listing Banner Status (like "Just Listed" or "Open House") from the drop-down menu.
💡 Bonus Tip: Choosing a status banner automatically writes your social media caption for you! You can still rewrite or tweak this text if you want to make changes.
Move to the Next Step Review your design and text. If everything looks good, click the Continue button at the bottom of the page.
Decide on Advertising (Optional) Choose how you want to share your post:
To boost your reach: Set up your budget and target audience to advertise the post across Facebook, Instagram, or the web.
To post for free: If you do not want to pay for an ad, simply select Do not advertise.
Click Continue when you are ready.
Pick a Date and Time Choose the exact date and time you want your post to go live on your social media profiles.
Confirm and Schedule Click the Schedule button to finalize your post!
✅ Success!
Your listing post is now queued up and will automatically publish at your chosen time. You can sit back and relax while the system does the work for you.
