The Ready to Share Posts feature is your central hub for providing agents with high-quality images and videos. These assets are "plug-and-play," meaning agents can post them directly to social media without needing to edit them.
Before uploading, you may want to create folders (like "Holiday Posts" or "New Listings") to keep your library organized for your agents.
βοΈ Click Design Studio and then Admin Management in the top right.
π Click Ready to Share Posts in the left-hand navigation.
β¨ Click Create Folder in the upper right corner.
ποΈ Name your folder and set the visibility permissions to decide who can see it.
π‘ Management Tip: Click the three-dot action button on a folder to Hide it, Move it (into another folder), or Hide from Homepage to keep the agent's dashboard clean.
Follow these steps to share photos or graphics with your team.
βοΈ Click Design Studio and then Admin Management > Ready to Share Posts.
π Open the folder where you want the image to live (or stay on the main page for general uploads).
π€ Click Upload File.
Technical Note: You can upload PNG, JPEG, or JPG files up to 15MB.
β Choose the file from your device to finish the upload.
Sharing video content is a great way to boost agent engagement!
βοΈ Click Design Studio and then Admin Management > Ready to Share Posts.
π€ Click Upload Video File.
Technical Note: You can upload MP4 or MOV files.
Requirements: Videos must be between 3 seconds and 5 minutes long and no larger than 500MB.
β Choose the file from your device.
Once a file is uploaded, click the three-dot action button next to the file to manage it:
ποΈ Preview: See exactly what the image or video looks like.
π Hide: Temporarily remove the item from agent view without deleting it.
π― Copy To: Create a duplicate of the file in a different folder.
π¦ Move To: Transfer the file from one folder to another.
π Rename: Change the title to something your agents will easily recognize.
πΌοΈ Edit Thumbnail: (Video Only) Choose the cover image agents see before the video plays.
ποΈ Delete: Permanently remove the content.
