Open User Management: Click the User Management tab in your Parent (corporate) Account navigation bar.
Find your agent: Locate the agent you'd like to reward in your user list.
Open the Actions menu: Click the Actions button next to their name.
Assign credit: Select Assign Credit to Agent from the dropdown menu.
Enter the amount: Type the dollar amount you want to provide and click Assign.
Reward excellence: Use credits as a "job well done" for agents hitting their sales goals.
Boost adoption: Give slow adopters a free-trial feel to help them launch their first campaign.
