As a Parent (Admin) account, your Advertising Settings are where you set Campaign Default Targeting and Campaign Objectives for your company, including the Listing Engine that advertises listings for all of your agents automatically.
Open Settings: Click your Settings wheel.
Open Advertising: Click Advertising.
This is where you set the default locations that apply to your ads. You can tweak the targeting on any campaign at any time.
The Listing Engine lets you run automated ad campaigns for all your agents with a single click. When activated, you can advertise on behalf of your entire team effortlessly.
Segment campaigns: Segment campaigns by office, group, or listing type.
Hands-off: We handle the rest: syncing listings, building ads, and generating leads for your agents, all on autopilot.
To enable the Listing Engine:
Get started: Click Get Started.
Set preferences: Set your Agent and Listing Preferences to configure price ranges and property types. You can set multiple segments.
Set your campaign: Set your Campaign, Budget and Target Radius.
Review and authorize: Click Let's Review and authorize Back At You by pressing Yes, Activate Now.
Organic posting for the Listing Engine: Choose whether Listing Engine ads are published only as ads or also as public posts on users' connected social networks. If set to Ads Only, we use "Unpublished Posts" (ads that don't appear on a user's timeline).
Ads + post (Recommended): Publish the post to the user's connected social networks and use it as an ad.
Ads only: Create an ad using an unpublished post. It won't appear on the user's connected social networks.
Campaign objective for the Listing Engine: Tell us what outcome you care most about, and we'll optimize your campaigns accordingly. This setting helps personalize how our system builds and runs your listing ads across all channels, including automated ads.
Dynamic (Recommended): We automatically choose the best goal based on the content type and your Meta permissions.
Leads: Uses Meta Lead Ads, a native Facebook and Instagram format that lets leads submit their info directly within the platform. This removes friction, improves conversion rates, and helps you get more seller leads with less effort.
Website Traffic: These ads drive traffic to your listing website, resulting in more clicks and increased exposure for your listings.
If you've turned on Smart Campaigns with your Account Manager or Client Success team, this is where you set your campaign objectives. For each campaign, you can choose from three objectives that align with your goals.
Seller Leads campaign objective:
Dynamic (Recommended): We automatically choose the best goal based on the content type and your Meta permissions.
Downloadable Guide: Offers a free seller guide in exchange for contact info (name, email, phone). The lead form is prepopulated and autofilled by the platform, making it faster and easier to submit, which often results in higher-quality leads and better conversion.
Home Value Estimate: Promotes a free home valuation to attract sellers. Leads typically include a physical address, but contact info may be less accurate since it's entered manually by the user.
Local Presence campaign objective:
Dynamic (Recommended): We automatically choose the best goal based on the content type and your Meta permissions.
Engagement: Focus on getting likes, comments, and clicks from your local audience.
Reach: Maximize visibility by showing your content to as many locals as possible.
Automated Fallback Publishing: If your Meta account gets restricted, we'll automatically publish your ads using our "Listing Updates" Facebook page so your campaigns keep running and generating leads, with no interruption.
Enable fallback (Recommended): We use the "Listing Updates" page when your Meta account is restricted.
Disable fallback: Ads may fail to launch if your Meta account is restricted.
