Managing social media for multiple agents, offices, or specific locations doesn't have to be a chore. Use our Network Scheduler to post to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) all at once!

Follow these simple steps to get your content live.


1. Start Your Post πŸ–±οΈ

Click the "Create" button located in the upper left-hand corner of your dashboard.

2. Choose Your Post Type πŸ“

Select the type of content you want to share.

Pro Tip: For this guide, we recommend selecting "Custom Post" to give your content a personal touch.

3. Build Your Content 🎨

  • Write it: Draft your caption. Don't forget to add emojis and relevant hashtags to boost engagement!

  • Visualize it: Upload one or more high-quality images to make your post stand out.

4. Select Your Audience (Network Scheduler) 🏒

Use the Network Scheduler to choose exactly who receives this post. You can assign it to:

  • Your entire network

  • Specific office locations

  • Select groups of agents

5. Boost with Advertising (Optional) πŸ’°

Want more eyes on your post? You can turn your post into an ad for your main page or anyone in your network groups.

  • Note: If you schedule an ad for multiple accounts, it will create individual ads for each account selected.

  • Review: Double-check your Ad Targeting to ensure you're hitting the right demographic.

  • Budget: Set your daily budget and the duration of the ad.

6. Schedule & Review πŸ“…

  • Pick a Time: Select the exact date and time you want your post to go live.

  • Final Look: Review your post details. If everything looks good, hit schedule!
