ADMIN: How to Post to Your Agents' Social Networks

THIS GUIDE WILL SHOW YOU HOW TO: 
  1. Create and schedule content that will post to all of your agents certain groups or locations, or just some of your agents' Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter accounts all at once using the distribution tool. 
CLICK THE "CREATE" BUTTON IN THE UPPER LEFT OF YOUR SCREEN




CHOOSE THE TYPE OF POST YOU WOULD LIKE TO CREATE


LET'S CREATE A CUSTOM POST AS OUR EXAMPLE
  1. Create your post, add some emojis and hashtags if you would like
  2. Upload a picture or pictures


CHOOSE THE OFFICE/AGENTS YOU WANT TO ASSIGN THE POST TO BY USING THE NETWORK SCHEDULER


TURN YOUR POST INTO AN AD
*Advertising is optional and can be done on your main page and/or anyone in your Network Groups. 
*If you turn your post into an ad and schedule it for multiple accounts, it will create multiple ads. 



REVIEW AND/OR EDIT YOUR AD TARGETING


SET YOUR AD DURATION AND BUDGET




SELECT THE DATE AND TIME YOU WANT TO PUBLISH YOUR POST


REVIEW YOUR POST OR SCHEDULE ANOTHER


GREAT JOB
  1. Your post is now scheduled for all of the offices and agents you selected for Network Distribution.
  2. The post will be sent to their connected Networks; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  3. If you choose to advertise the post, the ad will apply to all of the offices and agents you have selected.
