Welcome! This guide is designed for clients using both the ClientBAY and SocialBAY platforms. Use this checklist to ensure your branding is sharp, your content is localized, and your agents are set up for success.
To access your Parent SocialBAY account, you must first be logged in as the "Parent" user in ClientBAY. Access flows from the parent level down!

Take a moment to review every section here.
Branding Check: Ensure your logos, colors, and contact details are correct.
Automation: Remember, most items in this section sync automatically from ClientBAY, so keep your primary data updated there!
Path: Settings >> Content
This is where the magic happens for your social feed.
Social Networks: Connect every platform you want synced.
Localize Your Content: Don't limit yourself! Add as many service areas as you like to ensure the "local" content remains relevant to your entire footprint. 📍
Manage Content: Want to curate your feed? Unselect categories you don't want to see.
Note: You must have a minimum of 10 "Industry Content" categories selected at all times. ⚖️
Content Signature: Create a consistent sign-off (Phone, Email, Website) that will be appended to every post automatically.
Path: Settings >> Listings
As a Parent account, you have the power to manage how listings appear for your entire roster.
Agent Participation: You control which agents participate in Company Listings and which office locations they can access.
Auto-Post All Agent Listings: When toggled ON, this automatically posts every company listing to the Parent account’s connected social media pages. 📢
Company Listing Promoter: This is a parent-only tool! Set up auto-posting and paid advertising for specific agents, groups, or the whole roster.
Note: These ads are billed to the company on behalf of the agent.
Path: User Management (Left Navigation Bar)
Think of this as your command center for your team’s activity.
Roster Overview: See who has connected their accounts and which automations are active.
Ad Credits: Want to boost an agent's presence? Click the Actions button next to any user to assign Ad Credits (billed to the parent account card).
Network Scheduler: You can create and schedule unique content to post directly to your agents' networks.
When you add a fresh face to your roster, SocialBAY isn't "on" by default. You’ll need to activate it manually.
Need to see what an agent sees?
Log into the Parent ClientBAY account.
Navigate to SocialBAY.
Use the "Act As" feature to jump into their specific dashboard.
