Your User Management tab will display your entire roster. This tab will indicate
who has connected to SocialBAY, which social media networks have been
connected and what automation has been enabled.
There is an Actions button to the right of each user. You can assign individual
Ad Credits to any user you’d like. This is billed to the credit card on file for the parent account.

When you add a new user to your roster, you’ll need to turn on SocialBAY
for that user. Please use the steps outlined here:

To “Act As” another user’s SocialBAY account, you must be logged in to
the Parent’s ClientBAY account first.
***Then navigate to SocialBAY and follow the steps outlined here:
