Changes in Listing and Buyer Procedures in SocialBAY

With the removal of buyer agent fees from the MLS, here is what you can expect from Back At You:
 
           1.  A “Buyer Commission” label will be displayed on your single property website as a result of the listing customization;
           2.  Agents will be able to add the fee dollar amount or percentage of commission; 
           3.  Agents are also now able to toggle on and off the listing site display of buyer commission and listing commision;

In addition to required and best practice changes as a result of the NAR settlement, Back At You is taking this opportunity to showcase and enhance existing solutions that will facilitate more awareness for buyer agents and also improve sell side open houses to better capture leads.
 
Here are additional enhancements you can expect over the next several months:
 
  1. We believe Open Houses will have a greater importance as buyers may not be willing to sign formal agreements and may, instead, attend an Open House and work with a selling agent. As a result, we are introducing an Open House digital sign in sheet that uses smart technology to pull in comprehensive data and insights on your lead. You’ll love this new feature and hope you use it for all your open houses.   2. For most of our clients that are on SocialBAY, we know you can’t get enough of Design Studio (our very own Canva for Real Estate). In Design Studio, we added social media content posts highlighting the benefits of using a Buyer’s Agent and benefits of using a Seller’s Agent.   3. Also in Design Studio, we are working on adding new Listing Flyers and Listing Social Posts to include a call-out on Buyer’s Commission, further highlighting the offering of paying buy-side commission.   4. Downloadable Guides have proven to be great content for consumers and good opportunities for lead generation for our clients. In SocialBAY, we provide Downloadable Guides and automatically create a social media post to promote them on your behalf. Today we automatically post Seller and Buyer Guides, but soon we will be adding “The Importance of a Buyer’s Agent” guide that will encourage people looking to purchase a home to read your guide, thus creating a great opportunity to follow up.
