As an Admin, you have the power to set the standard for your entire office. With the new video capabilities in Design Manager you can go beyond static templates and provide your agents with high-energy, professional video layouts that keep your brand at the forefront of their marketing.
Here is how to manage and deploy video templates for your team.
To create a "master" video template that your agents can use:
Access Admin Tools: Log in to Back At You Social and select Design Studio and then click on Admin Management in the upper right hand corner.
Start a New Brand Project: Click Create Template. Choose the dimensions that best fit your brand’s social strategy (e.g., Vertical for TikTok/Reels or Square for Instagram/Facebook).
Build the Foundation: * Upload Brand Assets: Use the Uploads tab to bring in videos. Some great examples are company intro/outro clips, logo animations, or drone footage.
Use the Video Library: Select the Videos tab to pull from our professional stock library to give your agents a head start.
Lock Your Branding: Use the right-hand editing bar to add your brokerage's logo, brand colors, and essential text. Remember: As an admin, you can set these elements so agents maintain brand consistency!
Make these templates "agent-ready" with these powerful tools:
✨ Motion Presets: Use the Animate option in the top bar to set a professional tone. You can pre-set fades or zooms so the agent's listing info enters the screen with style.
✂️ Precise Trimming: If you are providing a specific brand clip, use the Trim tool to ensure it’s the perfect length (between 3s and 5mins).
📱 Interactive QR Codes: This is a top-tier admin strategy. Add a QR code placeholder to the template. When agents use it, they can link it directly to their specific listing page, creating a seamless lead-gen funnel for the whole office.
Once your video masterpiece is polished:
Save to Library: Name your project clearly (e.g., "Modern Listing Video - Brand Standard") and click Save.
Publish to Agents: Select Active from the drop down menu and select which category in Design Studio you want this template to save in. Then Press Save.
Keep it as a Draft: If you are still wanting to put some finishing touches on this template, simply select Draft from the Status Drop Down Menu and select the category you want this to save as a draft in. Then press Save. Remember, agents will not be able to see or utilize any templates saved as a draft.
By providing high-quality video templates, you’re not just giving your agents a tool—you’re giving your brokerage a competitive edge in the feed.
