π¨ How to Create Your Postcard
You have two ways to start your masterpiece within the Design Studio:
Option A: Use a Template (Fastest!)
Select Design Studio from your menu.
Click Postcard in the top ribbon to view available designs.
Hover over a template to Preview or click to select it.

Save and name your project at the top of the screen.
Option B: Create from Scratch
Click Design Studio and select Create.
Select Postcard as your media type.
- Fully customize the front and back of your card. (Learn more about custom designs here)
Name and Save your project.
π Ordering & Delivery Options
Ready to ship? You have two powerful ways to reach your audience.
1. Target 360 Delivery (Radius Mailing) π
Target 360 automatically finds the homes closest to a specific property.
Click ORDER β Add Recipients β Target 360 Delivery.
Enter the property address and select the number of homes you'd like to reach.
Pro Tip: Check the box to have a copy mailed to your own address so you can see the finished product! π
2. Upload Your Own Contact List π
Click ORDER β Add Recipients β Choose Contacts.
Download our CSV template, fill in your contact data, and upload it.
Map your fields (Name, Address, City, etc.) and hit Save.
β οΈ Order Minimum: There is a minimum quantity of 25 postcards per order.π Ordering Directly from a Listing
Want to save even more time? Order a card without leaving your listings tab!
Go to the Listings tab.
Find your property and click Create a Postcard Order.
Select your template, edit the front/back, and click Save.
Follow the prompts for Target 360 or Contact List delivery to finish. π
π Managing Your Orders (Print Dashboard)
Keep track of your marketing spend and status in the Print Order Dashboard. Here you can see if an order is a Draft, Printing, Canceled, or Delivered.
Filter & Search: Use the filter tool to sort by status/date or search by project name. π
Edit & Reorder: You can edit any draft or quickly Reorder a past success with one click.
The Grace Period: Need to fix a typo? You have a one-hour grace period to cancel an order! Just click the three-dot action button on your dashboard and select Cancel. β±οΈ
