Streamline your brand’s social media presence by automatically sharing or advertising your agents' listings directly from your Parent Account. These features ensure your company pages stay active and professional, regardless of whether individual agents are connected to SocialBAY.
Follow these steps to ensure every new listing in your brokerage gains organic visibility on your company’s social media profiles.
Access Settings: Click on your Account Name in the upper right corner and select View Profile.
Navigate to Listings: Click the Listings tab.
Enable Auto-Post: Scroll to the Auto-Post Agent Listings On Company Profiles section.
Toggle On: Switch the setting to On.
Set Preferences: Filter which listings are posted by setting criteria (e.g., minimum price).
Save: Press Save to apply your changes.
Language for default banners
Reduced Price / New Price / Price Adjustment/ Price Improvement/New Price Tag
New Listing / New to Market / For Sale/ Just Listed/Featured Listing
Listing Automation Posts for agents turned on or off
Listing Video Automation for the agents turned on or off
BAY Content for agents turned off or on every other day
These features apply only to New Listings. Updates to existing listings—such as price drops or open houses—will not be automatically posted.
Run automated ad campaigns for your companies listings with a single configuration. The Listing Engine handles syncing, ad creation, and lead generation on autopilot.
Access Advertising: Click on your Account Name (upper right) and select View Profile.
Navigate to Advertising: Click the Advertising tab.
Start Setup: Scroll to Social Media Listing Campaigns | Auto-Advertise Listings and click Get Started.
Select Scope: Set your Agent and Listing preferences. You can filter by listing price range and property type.
Define Budget: Set the maximum spend for these automated ads and choose which listing statuses (New, Sold and/or Open Houses) to promote.
Finalize: Press Add New Segment to create additional rules for specific offices or groups, or select Let’s Review to finish.

Billing Details For the Listing Engine, you are only billed based on the specific budget parameters you set during configuration. You define the maximum spend, and we handle the rest: building the ads and generating leads for your agents on autopilot.
