Your Advertising Settings are where you can set Campaign Default Targeting and Campaign Objectives.
To find them:
Click your Settings Wheel.
Click Advertising.
If you want to use SocialBAY to run social ad campaigns with Meta Lead Ads, you must accept Meta's Lead Ads and Terms of Service by pressing the Review and Accept Button.
This is where you set the default locations that will apply to your ads. You can tweak the targeting on any campaign at anytime.
If you have turned on Auto Advertising of Listings in your Listing Automation tab, you will need to come here to set your campaign objectives. Tell us what outcome you care most about, and we will optimize your campaigns accordingly. This setting helps personalize how our system builds and runs your listing ads across all channels, including automated ads.
You will have the below three options:
Option 1: Dynamic (Recommended): We will automatically choose the best goal based on the content type and your Meta permissions.
Option 2: Leads: Uses Meta Lead Ads—a native Facebook and Instagram format that allows leads to submit their info directly within the platform. It removes friction, improves conversion rates, and helps you get more seller leads with less effort.
Option 3: Website Traffic: These ads are designed to drive traffic to your listing website, resulting in a higher number of clicks and increased exposure for your listings.
If you have turned on Social Media Smart Campaigns HERE, this is where you will set your campaign objectives. For each campaign, you can choose from three objectives that align with your goals.
Option 1: Dynamic (Recommended): We will automatically choose the best goal based on the content type and your Meta permissions.
Option 2: Downloadable Guide: Offers a free seller guide in exchange for contact info (Name, Email, Phone). The lead form is prepopulated and autofilled by the platform, making it faster and easier for users to submit—often resulting in higher-quality leads and better conversion.
Option 3: Home Value Estimate: Promotes a free home valuation to attract sellers. Leads typically include a physical address (with added data if available), but contact info may be less accurate since it's entered manually by the user.

Option 2: Engagement: Focus on getting likes, comments, and clicks from your local audience.
Option 3: Reach: Maximize visibility by showing your content to as many locals as possible.
If your Meta account gets restricted, we'll automatically publish your ads using our "Listing Updates" Facebook page so campaigns keep running and generating leads—no interruption, no stress.
Option 1: Enable fallback (Recommended): We will use the "Listing Updates" page when your Meta account is restricted.
Option 2: Disable fallback: Ads may fail to launch if your Meta account is restricted.
