How do I change my SocialBAY password?


Need to change your SocialBAY password? 

Here's How:
  1. Click Settings in the top right corner of your SocialBAY platform and select Profile.
  2. Scroll down until you see the Password setting and then click Change.
  3. Enter in your current password and the new password
  4. Click Save
If you do not know your current password - no problem. Just select Log Out of your SocialBAY platform and then on the login screen select Forgot Password. This will prompt you to enter in your email that you have on file with us. We will then email you a link to reset your password. 

*Please check your Spam folder for the password reset email.*
